Otelin konumu Cunda’nın tam merkezinde. Oldukça keyifli vakit geçirdik. Gerek otelin temizliği gerek de çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi. Gerçekten çok içten ve samimi davrandılar. Bir daha gittiğimde kesinlikle kalacağım bir yer.

Otele yarım saat geç alındık, odalar hazır olmadığından. İlk içeri girdiğimizde otel sahibinin hotels.com’un uygun fiyat vermesinden dolayı memnuniyetsizliğini dinledik, müşteriye/misafire yansıtılmaması gerekiyor bu durum, hiç de az ücret ödemedik ada ortalamasıydı. Temizlik konusunda eksikler var saçlar vardı, banyodan da gelen nem rutubet kokusu çok rahatsız ediyor. Otelle ilgili beğendiklerim; çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü, bahçenin çok güzel olması ve doruyucu bir kahvaltıya sahip olmaları. Ayrıca otopark sorunu da yok ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde diyebiliriz.

Çok güzel ağırlandık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Başta otel sahibi Gülden Hanım'a çok teşekkür ederiz. Kaldığımız odayı beğendik, personel arkadaşlar oldukça güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı idare ederdi. Ayvalık'a geldiğimizde tekrar uğrayacağımız bir yer.

8ağustos akşamı Zarbalıda konakladık, sıcak bir gülümsemeyle karşılandık, butik,kaliteli bir otel. Cunda’ya yine gelsek tercihimiz olur. Odalar temiz, ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut, mini bardaki sular ücretsiz normalde oteller bir suya ücret alıyor. Sabah kahvaltı bizi kalbimizden vurdu, sigara böreği,kek,yumurta,pişi, peynir tabağı, taptaze reçeller, tıka basa doyduk. Herşey için teşekkürler Zarbalı, nazik personeliyle kaliteli bir otel❤️

Banyo-tuvaletten gelen kokular çok rahatsız ediciydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Servis kalitesi artırılabilir. Sonuç olarak sadece 5 odası olan bir konaklama yeri olduğu için servis hızı ile ilgili beklentimizi pek karşılauamadı.
