Spacious and Pet friendly with perfect climate control using central Ac/Heat....

  • Central Air & heat provides the perfect temperature for any season or reason that you may be visiting our home. You will find five comfortable bedrooms all but one with smart TV's so that you can stream your favorite shows at the end of the day. A very large dining room with seating for 14 and a totally private 21 x 42 shaded barbeque area that you can let your pets or children run free in. Invite your family & friends.....plenty of parking. Centrally located, our home is a perfect base for excursions in any direction. You can explore Mesa Verde National Park, Chaco Canyon National Historical Park, Canyon de Chelley National Monument, and the local Aztec Ruins that are easy daytrips from Aztec, New Mexico. World class fly fishing on the San Juan River is just down the road. Travel north for a day trip to Durango, Silverton or Telluride and enjoy spectacular San Juan scenic byway.
