"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. "Friendly & helpful staff, suites were spacious with kitchens and comfortable beds. Road noise was quite loud in early mornings, pool was not working, property grounds could use a good clean up."

"Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between one of my babies legs, proceeded to rip the bedding apart to get the tack and found a large brown stain on the comforter. Eventually got all that bedding changed and then got them to move our room to something not so disgusting. Moved into a pet friendly room that appears to have newer carpet but the tried 6 different key cards that did not work to enter the room and eventually got a card that worked the following day. Overall very unsatisfactory and they didn’t seem to overly care about the tack in the bedding that could have stabbed one of my babies"

"staff were outstanding. the manager, the cleaners so lovely and front desk went above and beyond to help us when we asked. Night Auditor was so sweet. I had to walk the dog in the middle of the night he would let me back in at the front door and give a few doggie treats for Skunk(our dog). Will stay there every visit to vernon"
