"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

"From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything went splendidly. I initially planned to stay at the Nagali Hotel for just one night, but thanks to the warm hospitality, I ended up extending my stay to three nights and I am already planning to return soon The staff members are what truly make this place exceptional; every single one of them was incredibly professional and friendly. I didn't feel like just another guest, but rather more like a member of the family. As for the accommodation, the room itself was spotlessly clean. It featured a great shower and came fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a bar of hand soap. I must highlight that the pillows were very comfortable. While the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, it was still perfectly fine. As a light sleeper, I would say that while the hotel claims the rooms are soundproof, you can still hear a bit of noise from the next room, as well as traffic if your room happens to face the road. The breakfast was perfectly fine, though nothing out of the ordinary apart from the rather unexpected addition of spaghetti 🍝 at breakfast time! A great perk, however, is the free shuttle service to the city centre, which they offer from 11:00 am onwards. The rooftop is the absolute cherry 🍒 on top. The views are spectacular: the sunrise over the misty forest is unbeatable, and the sunset is equally magnificent. I highly recommend the Nagali Hotel in Nadi, Fiji."
First Landing Beach Resort and Villas

"Very helpful staff (they upgraded and moved us when there were issues with noisy guests next door.) Facilities in the villa are nice and worth the money. Our upgraded one bedroom villa had its own pool. Location is good, just a short 15 minute drive or so from Nadi airport. It is set out in its own, but I liked that given I just wanted to stay put and chill out for the last four days of our Fiji trip. The food at the hotel waa also really good and I thought well priced. Compared to many other places on the other side of Nadi (Denerau etc.), the nightly rate was good also. I would stay here again if just wanting a chill out place for three or four nights. The staff put out on a great show a couple of nights a week which charts the journey of the original Fijian people from Tanzania, across SE Asia and eventually to the Fijian islands, which I think started about 5,000 years ago. (I learnt something as I didn’t know the Fijian people and likely others from Melanesia) originated directly from Africa in such relatively recent times. The hotel name ‘First Landing’ is actually the first place in Fiji where these migrating groups landed thousands of years ago and has nothing to do with colonisation by the British a mere two hundred years back. The shows are free and the guys performing in them,work across a number of different roles and departments at the resort. Worth staying just here for the history and culture that is imparted."

"The rooms were great.If you're booking here don't expect a 5 star resort type of room but the Rooms were ok but the staff made it super easy from checking inn,during our stay and checking out.Ordering food:wait time was a bit longer than usual and a little pricey but again it was ok and again staff were very accomadating.Also you would have to wave down a worker if you wanted to order something as sometimes the staff don't know you sitting in eating area.But I will say again the staff and our stay were nothing short of amazing.We had kids and had 2 suites and the staff made Everything super easy and fun.I would definitely book here again.I can't wait to see how the hotel will look in the next few years.Locating is super convenient closer to namaka and also airport.Thank you Ace hotel and until the next time."

"Would definitely stay here again, staff are friendly, facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. Food is typical resort pricing but there's a shop a short walk from the hotel and taxis to town and the airport were around $20fjd each way so pretty cheap."
