But I would never have come to this hotel if I had known it was at the top of a hill with a very steep climb and stairs. I tried on the first day, and since then I always take a taxi on the way back. "I was very disappointed on the check in day. First time I met an unfriendly and rude attitude reception, Hưng. The room was booked with a garden view. But it didn’t have any view which was different in the web photo. I complaining about it. Hung said that is the name of the room. Later I found out, it was the worst room of the first floor. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. Customer can only choose one meal and a drink from the menu. I know that was week day, not many customers but compare to other hotels I was stay in Vung Tau. Customers can choose unlimited from the week day menu. First time I stay at Royal hotel and will never back to this hotel again. Even the room clean, the first floor staffs are friendly. Close to restaurant. "
