"Nice hotel in the centre of the village. Room was in an annexe round the back which was pretty quiet. Huge room, excellent blackout curtains. Nice shower but at risk of overflowing. Comfy bed. Room could have been dusted better but bathroom spotless. Good continental breakfast, extra marks for the warm bread! Service a bit slow at times but staff were extremely nice and spoke excellent English "

"Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues, incredibly professional. Only snag - no snacks and drinks at reception, all has to be bought from the bar, where it comes opened-up."
