All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. "Your hotel look like a haunted house. So many mosquitos and ants, door is poor window is terrible, toilet go hot water and dirty and lots of spider webs.. i did not want to take a shower in that hotel. No wifi. Better to close down or improve. Its not operational standard."
