The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Great stay with staff being extra helpful. Property was extremely convenient to get around Hanoi and overall an excellent choice, when there are so many options in Hanoi. Will stay again on my next visit to Vietnam

Pool has to be heated!!

The hotel is great. Walking around, I feel like it was the nicest we came across. What was exceptional was our concierge, Rose. We’ve been to everything from motel 8 to the Four Seasons, from budget escapes to all-inclusive resorts, and no where was the reception experience to the hotel better than our experience at this hotel with Rose. From her recommendations, helpfulness, communication style and her personality, she was wonderful. Some rooms have a window to a light corridor (sky well (giếng trời)) instead of a view, but we didn’t even notice. I found out that because of the historically high and narrow structures especially in the old-quarter, many rooms will have this. If a view is important, better to make sure no matter which hotel you’re booking with. Breakfast was exceptional with a very wide assorted buffet plus an à la carte menu that was included. The 9th floor restaurant is above all the surrounding buildings, so the view is stunning. Location was excellent and the staff in general were super nice and attentive.
