"A very pleasant location, calm and quiet, with an easy access to the Attersee Lake and other points of interest in the area. The room itself very big, clean and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of the lake. The hosts very nice and helpful people, every time trying to help with points of interest from the region. Mit wenigen Dekorationsgegenständen und Lichtinseln wäre es erheblich schöner. Die Lage ist ca 150m von der Hauptstraße, 4 Min Fußweg bis SPAR, gut 10 Min bis See. Die Gegend am nördl. Attersee...

"Self-check-in via the machine. No English speaking staff. Great modern super convenient interior. Very clean. No cafes etc., the motel is located between the villages, hence its a quiet area, fresh air. You can get a coffee / snack at the nearest gas station only. "

"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I was very upset when I received the message on 27th May (the day before I was due to stay at the hotel). It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available. In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete. The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings. Do not stay here - very poor service."
