"Room was great. Big. Clean. The bed was super noise everytime you moved. Michelle was great to chat to before we left clearwater with the hurricane coming to get info from. When we showed up at 8pm 2 guys were working the front desk. The one with the Carhart jacket on was not helpful. Didn't give us any breakfast info, elevator direction, wifi info, nothing. When I called down to see if restaurant was open they told me they had no phone number for them theyd have to walk over. Really I did a simple Google search for the ph # and called they couldve put me on hold and did that customer service for me."

"Lost of things made this stay less than I deal for everyone that stayed. For starters I requested an early check in but was denied due to “peak season and the additional time needed to clean the property.” Upon arrival the floors were covered in so much sand that I don't believe they were swept. The master bathroom toilet was yellow upon arrival. One of the shower curtains upstairs had pink mold growing on it. The guest room with the bunk bed had popsicle sticks shoved under the slats of the top bunk. The bed in the guest room downstairs was so full of sand when we got ready for bed that we had to dust out the bed before we could get in it. In the kitchen, the sink smelt so badly of rotten seafood, there were ants, and flies coming out of every sink in the house. There were also ants through the other rooms as well. The listing also states that there was supposed to be a trash bag in every can. There was one trash bag in the tiny can in the laundry room. The major concerns you should be aware of for not on only me and my guests but your future guests as well are the rusty nails scattered throughout the sand our back that we didn't find until after being outside in the sand barefoot. As well as the shards of broken glass found in the bottom of the dishwasher upon reaching down to grab a dropped utensil. If early check ins are being denied for adequate cleaning, do better."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked for a world series tournament. The team played at the Foley Sportsplex and it ended up being about a 30 minute drive to the park. The condo was great, super quiet. Loved watching the deer, gators and birds off the back porch. The outside closet is fully stocked with beach toys, floats, boogie boards so no need to buy before your trip. Even tropical storm Bertha couldn't ruin our stay. Took a windy walk on the beach and found some amazing shells. The cross walk makes crossing the busy street safe. The boardwalk is a short walk down once you cross the street. Would definitely stay again!"
