Location is good, huge parking lot, and about 12 min walking distance to the town center. The hotel is clean and nice with a nice breakfast room and buffet for $20-25. Here are a few points for improvements. The swimming pool opens only after 9 am for hotel guests, which is a little late for me as I like to do my sports routine before breakfast. There is no coffee machine on the room but a water boiler. Rooms are only done after three days saving them a lot of service costs. There is no safe lock box in the room. The receptionist is not very proactive pointing out that a specific watch-like magnetic device is needed for access to the pool or a guest card ‘Kurkarte’ for discounts to wellness programs and local attractions. You will get it, if you specifically ask for it; it is included in the room charge.

Zentrales Mercure der gehobenen Klasse im Service

Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage im Zentrum. Frühstück top. Besonders möchte ich den exzellenten Service an der Rezeption und die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern hervorheben. Wissen muss man dass derService in den Zimmern nur alle zwei Tage durchgeführt wird, es sei denn man sagt an der Rezeption Bescheid. Dies geschieht aus umweltgründen und es somit OK. Bei der Abreise dürften wir unser Zimmer sogar bis 12 Uhr benutzen was und als Sportler sehr geholfen hat. Vielen Dank.

Gerne wieder

Sehr freundlicher Empfang/Check-in. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das wird aber durch die Freundlichkeit und den Service der Mitarbeiter kompensiert.

der sonst so reichlich verfügbare Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war durch eine Kirmes belegt, Zufahrt zum Hotel wurde von den Ordnern verboten, also nicht möglich. Der vom Hotel empfohlene Parkplatz (eine Wiese) lag ca. 300m entfernt. Kofferschleppen durch die Parkanlage? Nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich...

Gute Lage am Gradierwerk und einem renaturierten kleinen Bach. Im Sommer werden die relativ kleinen Zimmer sehr warm((keine Klimaanlage, nur Standventilator). Die Doppelbetten sind zwei lose zusammen gestellte schmale Einzelbetten. Das angrenzende öffentliche Bad (im Zimmerpreis enthalten) ist derzeit eine riesige Baustelle. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war für uns entsprechend gering.

Wir waren eine Woche dort mit Hund. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet Spitze. Zimmer war sauber, denke aufgrund des Alters des Hotels sollte man das eine oder andere renovieren. Aber insgesamt top.

Die Rezeption war mit Auskünften sehr, sehr zurück haltend. Informationen über das Frühstück, den Frühstücksraum, das Cafe, die Tanzbar oder Frühstückszeiten hat sie uns verschwiegen. Nur auf Nachfrage kam dann ein Hinweis auf den Frühstücksraum!! Vermutlich war die junge Frau erst einige Tage in Ausbildung in dem Hotel, durfte aber die Anmeldung ganz alleine machen. Das Reinigungspersonal und die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum waren hingegen super freundlich, aufmerksam, kompetent, schnell und am lächeln, während ihres Tuns!! Das macht dann wieder Spaß!!!!!!
