You have to experience this “Liebelei”—new in every way—for yourself. It begins as soon as you enter the apartment through a spacious hallway, which leads directly into the kitchen, the central hub of the home. The modern Nolte kitchen impresses with its high-quality fixtures and enhances the open-concept living space.




The kitchen is equipped with a built-in induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The selection of appliances is rounded out by a coffee maker, an egg boiler, and a hand mixer. There is ample storage space, allowing you to keep the kitchen tidy.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where a large rustic dining table with a solid wild oak top is complemented by a comfortable seating arrangement consisting of a spacious three-seater bench and three cantilever chairs. This area then flows smoothly into the living area, where two comfortable armchairs and a cosy two-seater sofa await you around an old wine barrel used as a table. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV, an internet radio with DAB+ and a CD player. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. From here, the balcony offers an incredible view of the forest on the hills across the way.




The spacious 12-meter-long corner balcony can be accessed directly from the dining area, the living area, and the large bedroom; located on the 10th floor, it offers a fantastic view all the way to the large castle hill, including the cable car.




The generously sized living and dining area, along with the kitchen, is complemented by the impressive window front leading to the balcony and attractive artwork. This creates a very bright and welcoming atmosphere.




You’ll also be pampered in the two bedrooms of the “Liebelei,” each featuring contemporary box-spring beds with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. The beds feature pocket-spring mattresses. The headboards are flanked by small, stylish reading lamps that include storage and charging stations for cell phones. The smaller bedroom, which does not have access to the balcony, is also equipped with an additional smart TV.




All windows have exterior blinds that are electrically controlled on the balcony side, allowing for central control of each window individually from the living room.




The newly tiled bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower measuring 120 x 90 cm with an integrated “rain shower,” an LED-lit mirror, ample counter space, as well as a sink and toilet. Like the separate guest bathroom, this room features white tiles on the walls and dark anthracite tiles on the floor.




The apartment has a modern heating system that can be controlled via a central control unit.




All rooms offer a view of the forest.




The building on Kurhausstraße was constructed in 1977–78, and the apartment was extensively and lovingly renovated in 2020. The apartment is spacious (78 square metres), fresh, and bright, and is ideal for your holiday.




The 10th floor has two lift entrances.




The residential complex features an indoor pool with a sauna facility available to you and other guests. The complex’s bowling alley can be used for a fee. Washing machines are also available in the building for a fee. 




You can park your car on the complex’s parking deck right next to the entrance or along the path across from the entrance.
