Sehr schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein großes und ansprechendes Doppelzimmer im dritten Stock. Es war sehr leise, von innen aber auch von außen ( obwohl zur Seite mit der Bundesstraße gelegen ). Sehr schicker und großer Wellnesbereich mit tollem Pool, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, uns hat hier nichts gefehlt. Viel frisches Obst, super leckeres Rührei, automatische Pancake-Maschine und von allem genug da. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, da auch der Preis Top war.

Insgesamt ok…. Housekeeping kommt nur jeden zweiten Tag und hat nur die Handtücher getauscht. Das ist bei den Preisen inakzeptabel. Alles in allem leider nur Durchschnitt. So wird das zukünftig nichts mit dem Harz als Urlaubsziel… Das kennt man aus Österreich und Südtirol ganz anders! ….und auch nicht teurer

Das Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten vom Feinsten! Leider liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, wie ich, dann ist es sehr laut. Aber dafür kann ja keiner etwas. Es war trotzdem schön!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Küche. Etwas bedenklich war es, als es zu einem Feueralarm kam, das nicht kontrolliert wurde, ob und welche Gäste das Gebäude verlassen haben. Es handelte sich glücklicherweise um einen Fehlalarm. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl am Buffet ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte alle zwei Tage, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Leider wurde die Badewanne nicht gereinigt und ein Teil der Putzsachen blieb im Zimmer zurück. Die Zimmer selbst sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Check in und out erfolgte schnell und gut. Ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele gab es zur kostenlosen Ausleihe für den Aufenthalt. Es bestand die Möglichkeit ein gutes und reichhaltiges Lunchpaket zu bestellen. Leider wurde der Preis (12,50€) nicht im den Informationen kommuniziert.

Dejligt sted

Vi overnattede bare på vejen hjem og det fungerede fint. Dog var sovesofaen noget ukomfortabel. Mange kunne måske have ofret en topmadras oven på hynderne. Ellers var alt lækkert.

Fint - uden at overraske

Fint og godt ophold, selve Hartzen er fantastisk - Ettershaus er til den dyre ende når man sammenligner med faciliteterne på vörelserne. Poolen var rigtig god, og masser af plads og mulighed for börnene. Vi havde store problemer med vores koldedrikkevarer på vörelset - men tilsidst läste receptionen det. Der manglede spisemuligheder omkring stedet, og hotellets uformelle restaurant holdt lukket det meste af tiden.

Flot hotel dårlig service

Fremragende beliggenhed 🙌tæt på alt, flot hotel med lækker pool og spa område . Desværre meget dårlig service 👎receptionisten gad dårlig svare og hjælpe detsamme gjorde tjener . Rengøring på værelse var også mangelfuld . Alt i alt gør det at vi ikke vil komme tilbage påtrods af fedt hotel og omgivelser

Beste Lage für lokale Unternehmungen, sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen im Restaurant Taut's (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) und exzellentes Personal. Einen Stern (eigentlich nur einen halben) Abzug lediglich aus zwei Gründen: ziemlich kleiner Umkleidebereich im Spa; und leider gab es, als wir dieses besuchen wollten, nur noch einen verfügbaren Spind im Herrenbereich, was sehr umständlich ist, wenn man seinen Partner immer losschicken muss, um Sachen zu deponieren oder aus dem Spind zu holen. Eine größere Anzahl an Spinden wäre hier empfehlenswert. Wir können das Hotel nichtsdestotrotz nur weiterempfehlen!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Parkplatzsituation. Es ist zwar ein großer Hotelparklatz vorhanden, jedoch dürfen auch Nichthotelgäste dort kostenpflichtig parken. Als wir ankamen, war der Parklatz total überfüllt, so dass wir endlos rumkurven mussten, um einen anderen zu finden. Und das trotz vorheriger Buchung und Bezahlung des Parklatzes! Da sollten doch Hotelgäste erstmal vorgehen.

Wir waren mit Hund da und es ist ein hundefreundlicher Ort. Viel Sehenswertes kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir fanden es toll, dass alles an einem Ort gelegen ist und wir keine weiten Strecken unternehmen mussten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei.

Skønt sted!

Skønt sted med en formidabel service og meget venligt personale. Poolområdet er dejligt med mulighed for at bade og ligge og slappe af både inde og ude. Der er flot ryddet op og pænt rent over alt. Morgenmaden er god og familie-lejlighederne er godt indrettet.
