Spanning approximately 80 square metres, the apartment combines classic design with modern touches: an open-concept living/dining area, a cosy bedroom, a children’s room with an adjoining entertainment room, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub invite you to relax and unwind.

In the summer, the centrepiece is the spacious rooftop terrace with an electric awning, sun loungers, a seating area, a gas grill, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. In the winter, the electric fireplace and indirect lighting ensure cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, games, and entertainment options ensure that there’s something for everyone.

Convenient amenities include an underground parking space with an lift, freshly made beds and towels included, as well as shopping within walking distance and a small playground right nearby.
