... Today, it welcomes its guests with a blend of modern, warm cosiness and exclusive, hand-picked design. A rare combination in the world of holiday rentals for anyone who loves a space that’s both incredibly cosy and beautiful. This applies to both two-legged and four-legged guests, as pets are warmly welcome here. The apartment is located right on the edge of the forest and offers absolute tranquility. You almost feel as if you’re living in the middle of nature.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a built-in closet for coats and shoes on the right, behind the lovingly designed partition. There’s also a small storage area for dog leashes, harnesses, and whatever else you might need. There’s also room in this space for suitcases and/or skis. Here you’ll also find the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, discreetly and out of sight.

In the hallway, there are additional storage options for keys, bags, or gloves. Just a few steps further, you’ll find yourself in the open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. Decorated in elegant black and wood, it invites amateur chefs to let their creativity run wild. A modern oven, an induction cooktop, a large fridge-freezer combo, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a good selection of chef’s knives, and other carefully chosen kitchen accessories are all ready for use. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area: stone-patterned wallpaper, a rustic solid-wood table, elegant chairs… here, a feast for the eyes accompanies every meal. Right next door, the white fireplace vies for guests’ attention during the cosy part of the evening. Cleverly used as a room divider, it creates an authentic play of flames using water vapour, so you might easily believe it’s radiating real heat.

A leather rocking chair and the spacious sofa face the 50-inch UHD Smart TV. Equipped with MagentaTV, you have access to all major channels and streaming services. A PlayStation 3 invites you to enjoy game nights. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

Behind the living room is a small hallway leading to the two bedrooms (each with a double bed—no single beds!) and the large bathroom. Anyone who’s worked up a sweat during the day will appreciate being able to take a relaxing bath here. The faucets are a real eye-catcher, instantly creating a spa-like atmosphere. The slightly smaller bathroom across from the kitchen offers an additional shower. The larger bedroom (180x200 bed) has a separate entrance to the balcony, which wraps around half the apartment… and perhaps the cutest night lights in the world. Here, you can sit in bed in the morning and let your gaze wander over the greenery of the surrounding trees; with the door open, you can hear the neighbouring stream babbling and the birds chattering—that’s how quiet it is here.

In the other bedroom (160x200 bed), there are storage boxes under the bed where you’ll find extra blankets and pillows. Here, everyone can put together their own personalised sleep setup.

For your four-legged companions, bowls and a place to rest are always available. Tip: The back exit off the hallway leads directly outside at ground level, so you can go for a walk in the woods right away—ideal for the last walk of the day.
