This new holiday rental was just renovated in the spring of 2021, so I’d like to warmly welcome you as my first guests :)

The property is located in the spa town of Bad Harzburg, centrally situated near the spa park yet close to nature right on the edge of the forest. It’s on the 6th floor of a former hotel consisting of three building units (towers). Thanks to its excellent location, you can enjoy a direct view of Bad Harzburg’s landmark—the Burgberg with the Canossa Column—from the large balcony. It feels as if you’re right in the middle of the forest. Numerous free parking spaces are available in front of the building.

All of Bad Harzburg’s attractions are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

At the apartment itself, you can play table tennis and foosball for free, and darts and bowling for a fee.

The holiday rental features a large balcony with a direct view of the castle hill, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a sleeper sofa in the living room, games, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall.

There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building itself.

For a fee of €12.50 per person per set, you can also get bed linens and towels; this is paid on-site.
Please let me know well in advance of your arrival if you’d like this service.
If not, simply bring your own.

In addition, a €2.60 tourist tax per person per night is charged on-site (children are exempt), as well as a €35 final cleaning fee.
