Great location!
Great location! Hiking within walking distance or 2 minute drive. Hostess very nice and knowledgeable! Fridge is mini sized and no stand up shower (sit in tub and use shower sprayer). Beautiful spot for sure!

Winter wonderland at house Gabi
My family and I spent a lovely 7 nights in flat 3 at house Gabi, Hinterstein, during a wintery February. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. We have been to house Gabi many times in the past. The owner is welcoming, approachable, knowledgable and very quick to deal with issues that might arise. The area is quite and there are plenty of opportunities to walk, toboggan and ski. I would recommend this house everytime.

Schöne Aussicht mit Charm der 80 er
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und die Aussicht unbeschreiblich. Leider sind das die einzigen guten Punkte. Meine Frau und Kind mit Großeltern sind für 5 Nächte Angereist. Ich versuche es kurz zu fassen: Mobiliar 80er Jahre Betten Unbequem, Unterkunft wurde für 4 Personen inseriert. Nur 2 davon hatte ein echtes Bett. Die anderen 2 durften auf einen Klappbett (aus dem Schrank schlafen) Fliesen im Bad Kaputt Abflüsse im Bad werden nur durch Plastikfolien abgedeckt Herd in der Küche mit Kork Geflickt und seid Jahren nicht gereinigt, Bedienelement fällt fast ab abgenutzte Schränke inkl. Quietschen Teppich wirft Falten Couch unbequem da die Polsterung versagt Raumaufteilung für 2 Familien unpraktisch (wie oben beschrieben Klappbett steht im Wohnzimmer) Kinderbett ist veraltet , teilweise sind streben Angebrochen und es Existieren scharfe Kanten, die Schrauben des Kinderbettes mussten mit eigenen Werkzeug festgezogen werden.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in super schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Absolute Empfehlung für die Lage, die man vom vielfach erwähnten Balkon betrachten kann. Negativ: Oberes Preissegment - dem die Wohnung in keiner Weise entspricht: alt, heruntergewohnt, stillos, entspricht nicht dem Standard heutiger Ferienwohnungen. Im Detail (Stand 03/2022): Keine Dusche, nur eine alte Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, nicht mal eine Befestigungsstange für den Brausekopf. Bad und WC lassen sich nicht abschließen. Winzige unpraktische Küche, kaum Arbeitsfläche, altes Geschirr. Möbel lieblos zusammengestellt, ohne Stil und Design, alte, muffelige Teppiche. Drei Zimmer haben nur Dachfenster, ohne Aussicht. Wohnzimmer sehr dunkel, einziger Lichtblick ist der Balkon.

Freundliche Vermieter in schöner Gegend
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Umgebung sehr schön. Allerdings hätte ich mir bei einer so Detaillierten Mülltrennung mehr als einen Mülleimer in der Wohnung gewünscht. Die Badewanne hat leider keinen Duschvorhang, was nicht das schönste ist. Wirklich störend war allerdings die völlig unterkühlte Wohnung. Die erreichte erst am zweiten Abend eine halbwegs angenehme Temperatur.

Traumumgebung
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung! Frau Soer hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt! Es gab auch gute Tipps für Wanderungen und was im Ort wo zu finden ist! Wir waren zu dritt und hatten die Wohnung unterm Dach mit einem wunderbaren überdachten Balkon! Der Blick ist herrlich von hier aus! Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl!
