"Large apartment with two bedrooms was clean and well appointed. Large wraparound balcony, but could use some upkeep on the weeds outdoors on the balcony. "One time" cleaning fee of 90 Euros was a surprise when we arrived at the reception desk. The surprise was blamed on booking through this site instead of their proprietary site, although this apartment was selected because of the cost savings since other apartments clearly disclosed a cleaning fee on their listings on this site. "Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! Would love to go back! "

"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "
