"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Lovely apartment, we particularly enjoyed the in-built sauna. It would be really useful to have an information pack in the apartment giving details about the surrounding area (ski area, restaurants, things to do) and also to provide instructions on how things work in the flat - we couldn't log on to the WiFi via the QR code and had to contact facilities to get a code, the coffee machine worked once and then refused to play ball, sauna controls were a bit of a mystery, but we got it working."

"Kleine niedliche Wohnung im EG, allerdings kommt auch nicht viel Tageslicht rein. Deshalb haben wir uns zum Essen auch lieber in den Gemeinschaftsraum gesetzt. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht viel Glück, so dass ich am zweiten Tag gefragt habe, ob die Heizung im Haus doch angeschalten werden könnte (was auch sogleich umgesetzt wurde), und wir die Terrasse dann auch nur die letzten beiden Tage nutzen konnten.
