Ein Zwinger wurde als zusätzliches Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben. Nirgendwo war ersichtlich, das es sich hierbei um den ausschließlichen Aufenthaltort des Hundes handeln soll, das abgesehen davon völlig inakzeptabel ist. Eine Stornierung 14 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt über das FeWo Portal war nicht...

"Lovely property, larger than it looks online. All equipment you could need for a week, with easy check in to gets keys. Very clean and tidy and in a great location Short walk from bus and traim station. Also a couple of restaurants, chemist, Netto, Aldi. About 15-20 min walk to centre or short bus ride. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be staying again"

"das Ferienhaus ist super, genauso wie die Gastgeber!!! Im Haus fehlte es an nix, alles ist da. Es gab sogar ein Willkommensgastgeschenk für jeden. Frische Eier und selbstgemachte Marmelade und Süßigkeiten-tolle Überraschung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer zu sprechen... Dieses Ferienhaus empfehle ich sehr sehr gern weiter. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf alle Fälle !!!"

"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
