Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. If I didn't call but instead drove there assuming a confirmed reservation suffices, I guess I would find no one, no room, and be in a late hour where available rooms elsewhere, if exist at all (many places close their check-in early), and require a long drive on narrow roads in the darkness and pay much more.
