The holiday flat is 60 m² in size, offers space for 2 people and is spread over 2 floors. The flat is stylish, modern and comfortably furnished. The living/dining area is located on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a cosy sofa. The kitchen gives you access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower and WC is also located on this floor. The bedroom with double bed and an additional bathroom with shower and WC are located on the upper floor. On the top floor there is a balcony that invites you to linger. The holiday flat is suitable for holidaymakers and spa guests in the main season (March to October) and not for holidaymakers. The cone card is not included in the price.

The holiday flats are located in a quiet, well-kept residential area in the middle of a lovingly landscaped outdoor area with a southern flair. A little hidden oasis of relaxation! All holiday flats are stylish, modern and comfortably furnished.

Bicycles with 6-speed gears and low entry can be hired for a fee. Shopping facilities are nearby. The centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The bus/train stop is approx. 5 minutes away. With the Konus card, buses and regional trains can be used free of charge.
