This cosy holiday home, located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, has 2.5 rooms and measures approximately 90m; it is not wheelchair accessible. The entrance to the house is accessed separately through the spacious front yard. Three parking spaces are available for your use during your stay. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped, light-filled, spacious kitchen with seating for four people. The kitchen opens onto the spacious terrace, which is for your exclusive use and is furnished with outdoor furniture. The very spacious terrace is surrounded by trees and plants; the wooden floor adds to the cosy atmosphere, and the view across the adjacent field into the distance is stunning in almost every season. Whether you’re barbecuing, reading a book in the sun, working, or watching a picturesque sunset—all of this is possible here. Next to the kitchen is a bedroom with a large double bed and separate access to the terrace. The cosy hallway offers space to store clothing. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and storage space, as well as a hair dryer. The second bedroom is located upstairs and is also furnished with a double bed. Next to it is the spacious living room with a TV, sofa, and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. The front yard with a lawn may also be used during your stay. Dog owners should be aware that the yard is not fully fenced. However, the beautiful, idyllic surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for long walks with your four-legged friends. You have access to Wi-Fi at all times during your stay. You may also use the washing machine in the basement.
