"Das einzige was schade war, das es kein Frühstück gab. Ansonsten alle sehr nett und man hat alles was man braucht. Familie legt sehr viel wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Gastronomie ist genug in der Umgebung. Ansonsten ca. 18 Minuten nach Braunlage und man findet dort fast alles."

"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

Der var en klokke, man kunne ringe på, men der kom aldrig nogen, så vi forlod stedet og fandt et andet i nærheden, Hotel-Restaurant St. Hubertusjagt, med en super service. Så alle bedømmelser af Weißes Roß ligger i midten, da vi ikke kan udtale os om hotellets standard inden døre. Der var klistret en seddel op i vinduet, at restauranten var lukket. Ude fra virkede det bestemt ikke særligt tiltalende - levede slet ikke op...
