Bright and welcoming apartment near the forest with a workspace and a garden

Our house on the edge of the forest has 3 holiday apartments and a summer cottage in the garden. Our bright Apartment 3, which overlooks the garden, is located on the ground floor. It has 3 rooms. The combined living room/bedroom features a cosy sofa that can be converted into a double bed. There is a bookshelf, a large TV, and a small workspace. Another room features a dining table for four people and a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, a single induction cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. The apartment isn’t suitable for preparing large meals, but there are small pots and a pan for cooking breakfast eggs. The coffee capsule machine is Nespresso-compatible. The third room has a closet with toys, a children’s table, and a pull-out sofa (1.20 x 2 m). The bed can accommodate two small children, one adult, or two adults who really like each other 🫶🏼. This room serves as a walk-through to the small bathroom (sink, toilet, shower).
In the second section of the garden, there is a table, chairs, lounge chairs, a climbing frame, and a swing in the summer. In the winter, you can borrow sleighs for free.
Our house is located right next to the forest. Just a few metres from the house, hiking trails begin leading into the Harz Mountains, to Ravensberg, to Kuckanstal, to Märchengrund, to the Bird of Prey Park, or towards town to the “Salztalparadies” water park, the ice rink, the indoor playground, and more. The tennis court is 350 metres away, as are the adventure playground and the spa park. There’s a great climbing gym right in the centre (Basecamp). You can reach the centre of Bad Sachsa on foot in 10 minutes (distance: 1.2 km). There are plenty of shopping options here, and you can relax in restaurants or cafés.
