This high-quality renovated and fully equipped penthouse apartment, is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house in a well-maintained area of the city center of Bad Salzuflen, 550 m from the pedestrian zone. The 61 sqm large 2-room apartment has been lovingly furnished and is ideally suited for 1 - 2 people. A Wellmann kitchen equipped with all common appliances in a living-cooking area forms the core of the apartment. The highlight is a 53 sqm almost private and elaborately landscaped rooftop terrace with a southern exposure (wide view from east to southwest) and automatic irrigation. You can enjoy the unobstructed view over the roofs of Bad Salzuflen and the entire Teutoburg Forest from the Hermann monument to the Hünenburg!!!
