Swiss pine chalet Klippitz

The Zirbenchalet Klippitz, newly built in 2019, is located at about 1,600 m above sea level in the Klippitztörl skiing and hiking area (approx. 700 m to the lift)!
The chalet currently offers 3 natural, metal-free double beds (180x200 cm) made of air-dried stone pine for 6 adults, from 1/2020 another double stone bed (160x200 cm) and a children's bed 70x160 cm. A travel cot can be provided on request. There is also a modern Dan kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle
On the ground floor there is the open, modern living / dining area with a fireplace with storage function for long-lasting, cozy warmth and a large Smart TV. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with natural latex mattresses and the 70x160 cot in its own room niche.
There is also a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with an original stone pine sauna with combi heater. This enables both the classic Finnish sauna and a cozy warm air bath with herbal essences according to your wishes! The sauna is also equipped with a colored light lamp.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom. Another room is currently still available and will be supplemented by another double bed in the future!
All bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers or walk-in showers!
The available living space is approx. 110 m2 with a plot area of 600 m2.
2 parking spaces are at the chalet!

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Objekt in einer sehr schönen Lage. Laut Online-Darstellung glaubten wir uns in einer abgeschiedenen Lage. Mittlerweile ist der Berg sehr zugebaut und man hat überall direkte Nachbarn. Die Bilder sollten ein update erfahren. Einzig das traumhaft schöne Panorma stimmte überein. Im Haus an sich fehlte uns die Liebe fürs Detail: keine Sitzkissen für Holzmöbel, eine Kuscheldecke für die Terasse, ein paar kleine Lichter für die Gemütlichkeit,... Auch die Ausanlage wirkte nicht einladend auf uns: es war "schnell gemäht", Unkraut wuchs aus der Terasse und im Eingangsbereich. Drei Holzscheite lagen lieblos neben dem Eingang. Unser Fazit: top als Skigebiet im Winter! Für einen Sommerurlaub mit Kindern aus unserer Sicht nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben das Objekt wahrscheinlich aus der Sommerpause geweckt. 😅 Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. 👍

Wir waren wirklich begeistert von der Hütte . Sie ist groß und geräumig, sehr gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Meine Enkeltöchter hatten ihre eigene Kinderschlafecke. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Ich habe noch nie so gut geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Sauna, die auch als Infrarotsauna für die Kids genutzt werden konnte. Die Skilifte sind ganz in der Nähe und auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt 3 nette Skihütten in der Nähe, in denen man lecker essen kann. Das Haus hat eine große Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal. Da wir eine sehr sonnige Woche erwischt haben, haben wir dort oft gesessen und die Aussicht genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt bereit und für Bier war auch reichlich gesorgt. Es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine ( sogar mit reichlich vorhandenen Kapseln ). Auch Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel war da. Ich habe schon häufig Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dieses ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Zirbenchalet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ging jederzeit schnell, war freundlich und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist neu und besonders die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Einzig die Küchenausstattung war ein bisschen dürftig, wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist, hier würden vielleicht noch eine Pfanne, ein großer Topf und eine Auflaufform gut tun. :)

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Das Skigebiet ist super sowohl für Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene, innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht und wirklich sehr spaßig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr neu und ordentlich. Ein Kaminofen und Heizung im ganzen Haus sowie schön abgedichtete Fenster und Balkontür wärmen Herz und Seele. Die Sauna hat das Ganze noch getoppt. Mit einem wunderschönen Zirbenduft wird man hier verwöhnt. Einfach Entspannung und Erholung pur. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Strubreiter lief einwandfrei. Nicht nur bekamen wir ausführliche Informationen über alles nötige vorab, wir konnten unseren Gastgeber jederzeit per Messenger-App erreichen. Fragen wurden innerhalb von einer halben Stunde geklärt, selbst wenn es schon 21 Uhr abends war. Das ist super Service. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!
