Relax in a small holiday home in a central location in the spa town of Bad Schandau.

The holiday home is approximately 70 m² in size.

On the ground floor of the holiday home, there is a spacious living/kitchen area with a dining area, satellite TV, and a sitting area (sofa bed). If needed, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people (e.g., children) for the night.
The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop, oven, and plenty of dishes.

On the second floor is the bedroom with a double bed and a guest bathroom. An open-concept area on the second floor can accommodate up to 2 people.

The holiday home has the following floor plan:

The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub.

The living/kitchen area is located on the ground floor.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the guest bathroom.
In addition, there are one or two additional sleeping accommodation (pull-out bed) in an open-concept hallway area.

The holiday home is not wheelchair accessible.

The holiday home does not have its own designated parking space. However, resident parking spaces are available on the street in front of the holiday home. One resident parking permit for one car can be provided free of charge.

Prices do not include the guest tax (visitor’s tax), which must be paid in cash upon arrival.
