Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre vielleicht noch eine Waschmaschine ganz praktisch und für heiße Tage eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator, weil es schon sehr warm war in der Wohnung. "Pros: Was für eine super schöne Wohnung. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Bad Tölz und hatten zugegebenermaßen ziemlich Pech mit dem Wetter. Wir waren daher umso glücklicher, in so einer schönen Wohnung zu sein, wo wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren die ersten Mieter nach einer umfassenden Renovierung waren schon bei der Ankunft total begeistert. "Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood close to the train station. Loved waking up to the church bells in the morning. It was very warm when we stayed and there are not any fans in the apartment so need to open windows for ventilation, which let in a number of large wasps in the evenings throughout our stay. Would have been nice to have some extra towels. "

"Was a perfect stay. We were nervous of how far out from the city is was but there's a bus stop literally outside the door. We also had our own car and parking was easy. There's a small convience store as well for quick morning trips. Host commuticated great. Had no issues finding the place and checking in. "

"Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"We did not realize that it was predominantly people 25 yrs and under. Definitely party central. It turned out it was run by a travel company catering for parties. I thought I booked through the campground. Regardless, staff was very friendly and place was kept as clean as it could have been. On the upside we partied like we were 20 again. And everyone was super friendly. "

"Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me! "
