Interesting property that is an apartment. We easily found it in the dark using Apple Maps. It is conveniently located down adjacent to the church and pedestrian shopping area. There is free parking nearby. They emailed the front door code to the multi-level building, which you will need to get in. There is no staff or front desk on site. The building was accessed easily with the code and they gave great instructions on which room to use with the key supplied after you entered. The building is old but has been recently nicely updated. There is an elevator to use for the upper floors. The apartment was clean and roomy. It had dishes, coffee maker and a kettle, which was helpful. There is shopping very close by along with great restaurants, pharmacies and even a Covid testing site at the Stadt Halle. Checkout was easy and we slept well.

great location in a nice old town
checkin could have been better, there were no English directions in mail only in German but it was ok location is great, in the middle of the town next to a lake, lots of restaurants and walking paths room was well furnished, cooking utensils and well equipped kitchen everything was clean there was a bit of noise from other guests late in the night, but nothing terrible

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Checken was a breeze. Can only be recommended for a visit to lovely Bad Waldsee! ....don#t miss to eat at AMADEUS !!!

Lovely apartment
The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Bad Waldsee is a very pretty town and amenities. The only issue was the sofa bed. We had specifically asked for single beds (which can be done in a sofa bed) we instead had two single mattresses on a double sofa. Its shape was quite awkward as it encased one person on three sides which meant that to get out of bed one would have to climb over the other person. We solved the issue by turning the mattresses even if they didn't fit the frame.

Great looking room but wrong listing
I was disappointed as I found out that the room didn't have the sofa bed with pillow/blanket even so it was listed in the room description. We were 3 adults in this trip and needed what we reserved. However, since there is no front desk or room service, we weren't able to address the issue. On the positive side, the room looks great and located in a good area. Parking is however a hassle as you need to carry your luggage for 150m and cross a busy street.

Die Location war MF das Apartment war wie immer besonders und sehr gut Man braucht Ohrnstöpsel. , da die Kirchenglocke um 6 Uhr startet . Das für mich einzige Negative ist die Bettwäsche , einfach unangenehm um nicht hochwertig und die Handtücher sind immer hart

Appartement sehr schön und gemütlich, das ganze Hsus ist schön eingerichtet. Uns war die Matratze zu hart, eine Leselampe funktionierte nicht und nach dem Duschen war fast das ganze Bad nass. Heizung lies sich nicht regulieren. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Super eingerichtet, super Zustand. Gefehlt haben uns nur zwei praktische Dinge. Zum einen eine Ablage im Bad unter dem Spiegel für Zahnputz- u.a. Utensilien. zum zweiten, da es keinen Platz für einen Nachtschrank gibt, sollte zumindest ein Brett an der Wand als Ersatz dienen, z.B. für Brille, den Wecker, das Handy, Medikamente, Taschentuch u.v.m.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienapartment mit modernen Elementen zu alten Holzbalken unterm Dach. Sehr gemütlich, logischerweise aber ziemlich warm. Schickes neues Bad, es fehlen allerdings Ablageflächen. Lage top direkt gegenüber der Kirche im alten Ortskern.

So beautiful place, Hotel was amazing beyond our expectations. Room is really big and occupied with all cooking stuff and location is truly nice just near the lake. I will stay again if ever get chance to visit this town.

Sehr schickes Apartement, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Abzug gibt es jedoch für die Hellhörigkeit der Apartments, denn man kann hören was für einen Film sich die Nachbarn ansehen oder hört das Menu der Familie über einem.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht mit unserer Hündin verbracht. Die Buchung, Kommunikation (innerhalb weniger Minuten Antwort auf unsere Fragen per Mail!) und das Organisatorische verlief professionell, reibungslos und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Der Zugang mit Code zum Haus und auch alles Weitere dort war wie besprochen und verlief planmäßig. Optisch ist das Appartement geschmackvoll, sehr stylisch und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden (Geschirr ect). Der Aufpreis von 9,50/ Hund / Nacht ist für uns völlig angemessen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr warm geheizt. Leider ist es tatsächlich unglaublich hellhörig, sodass wir die ganze Nacht von den Geräuschen im Appartement nebenan wach wurden. Man hört nahezu jedes Wort. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas Wunsch zur Besserung zu. Haare vom Vormieter im Badezimmer, sehr verkalkte Dusche, übrige Brösel auf der Küche…. Trotzdem: wir waren gerne Gäste und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Süßes Studio in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt. Toll gelegen und gut ausgestattet ,wir hätten uns jedoch ein Brotmesser und eine Teekanne gewünscht. Die Dusche läuft leider bis ins Badezimmer aus und das Bad hätte sauberer sein können (Haare vom Vornutzer vorhanden). Super Check-In. Wir würden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Nach dem Duschen steht man in 2cm Wasser vor dem Waschbecken. Bad hat falsches Gefälle für offene Dusche. Zimmer 65. Da fehlende Vorhang Stores vor dem Fenster - sieht man von der Straße ins Zimmer. Es gibt nur Vorhänge zum verdunkeln. WC und Bad haben keine Abluft Ventilation. Zimmereinrichtung ist mit Holzboden und Holzmöbel sehr schön.
