Disliked: Staff & service
Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, abgerechnet wurden dann zwei Einzelzimmer. Je Frühstück ein Getränk mit 10,- € berechnet. Da morgens bei der Abreise niemand von der Hotelleitung anwesend war habe ich erst einmal bezahlt. Mehrmalige Anrufe blieben erfolglos. Ich habe dann Expedia eingeschaltet und eine teilweise Rückerstattung erhalten. Für mich nie wieder.
