Slightly dated hotel but helpful staff

Only stayed one night so experience was limit. A slightly strange layout as reception on top floor but parking at bottom. A member of staff was kind enough to drive around with me after check-in. Room was large & clean but there was a distinct musky smell. Overall the hotel was slightly dated & probably needs an upgrade but for the price we were happy.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Sonnenhof a lot. There was all a traveler needs. The hotel is centrally located. Its rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and is ready to go the extra mile for you. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of food.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und komfortables Hotel in Familienhand. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Aufenthalt für uns war außerordentlich erholsam. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal, so stellt man sich ein richtig gutes Hotel vor. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nachdem meine Frau unter der Dusche war, hörte ich Sie aufschreien.Die Dusche war extrem heiß und konnte nicht reguliert werden..Daraufhin habe ich es auch probiert und mußte feststellen, daß nur heißes Wasser rauskam und somit eine Dusche unmöglich war. Abends noch Bescheid gegeben undgesagt bekommen daß die Dusche am nächsten tag repariert wird. Dies wurde gemacht, und dabei stellte sich heraus, daß die Mischbatterie defekt war. Nach der Reparatur war alles ok. Schön wäre eine Entschuldigung oder kleine Entschädigung gewesen, da ein Duschen unmöglich war. Dies sollte vorher überprüft werden.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage , nur wenige Gehminuten zum Ort. Ein Parkplatz auf dem privaten Gelände steht zur Verfügung. Das Hotelzimmer war gut und sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
