War alles super, hat nichts gefehlt. Und wenn dann hätten wir es bekommen. Balkonmöbel draußen sehr bequem. Sogar eine Couch auf dem Balkon. Das einzige was nicht genau beschrieben war, ist,dass Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht frei zugänglich sind. Aber Klaus Frosch hätte uns die Sachen mitgewaschen, was sehr nett ist. Schwimbad ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten kann mann jederzeit benutzen, es ist sehr schön und sehr warm. Echt super. Die 2 Enten sind der Wahnsinn, echt lustig ihnen vom Balkon aus zuzusehen. Alles war bestens. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren als Familie dort - soweit hat alles gut gepasst. Sehr schöne Lage und einen tollen Garten mit Ausblick. Hr. Frosch hat uns sehr nett in Empfang und uns alles gezeigt. Es ist immer bisschen Betrieb im Haus durch die Schwimmschule. Das Schwimmbad konnten wir auch nutzen - hat unserer Tochter natürlich am besten gefallen!

Positiv:- Freundliche Kommunikation des Gastgebers- Kulante Rückerstattung des Gastgebers: Nach vorzeitigem Abbruch des Aufenthalts aus privaten Gründen wurden zwei von vier Nächten erstattet. - Historischer Einrichtungsstil mit Charme- gute Lage: zentrumsnahNegativ: - Eingeschränkte Privatsphäre: Zugang zur Ferienwohnung nur durch das Büro/Empfang des Gastgebers, kein separater Eingang nur für Gäste, Gastgeber arbeitet und wohnt teilweise im gleichen Haus, daher jederzeit Begegnungen möglich, z. B. nach dem Poolbesuch oder bei später Rückkehr. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir um Zustimmung zu einer Besichtigung gebeten, der wir nach vordergründig freundlicher, aber spürbar ablehnender Reaktion des Gastgebers zustimmten. - Für Hundebesitzer ungeeignet: schmaler Zugang zur Ferienwohnung, Begegnungen mit dem Gastgeber theoretisch jederzeit möglich, quakende Laufenten verhindern freies Laufen im Garten - Nicht eingehaltene Absprachen: Der Garten wurde uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zugesichert, wobei der Gastgeber hin und wieder im Garten tätig sein würde. Feste Zeiten hierfür konnten leider nicht vereinbart werden. - Ausstattung/Sauberkeit nicht dem Preis von über 120 /Nacht entsprechend: verschmutzter Spülschwamm, stark verschmutzter Gasgrill, verkalkter Wasserkocher, kein TV, keine Spülmaschine- Poolnutzung stark eingeschränkt durch Schwimmunterricht, teilweise vormittags und meist von 14 - 18 Uhr keine Nutzung möglich

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Herr Frosch ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber – und dazu noch ein großartiger Schwimmtrainer. Er hat uns sogar den Pool benutzen lassen, nachdem die Kurse bereits vorbei waren, was für uns ein echtes Highlight war. Erwachsene und Kinder werden von ihm gleichermaßen freundlich und offen empfangen, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß und lädt zum Entspannen ein – für Kinder ist er ein Traum, denn dort gibt es eine Ente und zwei kleine Küken , die für strahlende Augen sorgen.Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :-)Vielen herzlichen Dank, Herr Frosch!

Tolle Umgebung

Hallo Hr. FroschWir möchten uns recht herzlich gerne bei Ihnen und der Laufente -:), die uns jeden Tag herzlichst geweckt hat, für die schönen Tage bedanken. Nach einer solch langen Autofahrt, kam der beheizte Pool genau richtig, um die Muskeln und den kindern etwas gutes zu tun. In den Betten lässt es sich auch richtig gut Schlafen. Die Größe der Wohnung geht voll iO. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Primus ist der Garten.In der Umgebung gibt es auch so einiges zu bestaunen. Restaurants. Freizeitpark. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einem Radius von 10 Autominuten.Diese Unterkunft können wir definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende Super. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Meine Kinder, mein Mann und unser Hund haben spontan bei Herrn Frosch gebucht und wir waren einen tollen Tag vor Ort! Das Schwimmbad ist natürlich ein Highlight besonders für die Kinder, der Garten ist riesig. Unseren Hund mit Jagdtrieb konnten wir jedoch nicht frei laufen lassen, da eine Ente im Garten wohnt. Aber, die Unterkunft ist toll und die Lage ist auch super, man ist direkt in der Stadt. Vielen Dank für den tollen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch Herr Frosch ist ein angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sehr, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! Vom Checkin über die Roomtour - alles perfekt. Haben geschlafen wie die Königinnen und der König. Meine Tochter konnte morgens noch ne Runde schwimmen im hauseigenen Schwimmbad. Wir sind wirklich sehr begeistert!

Toller Urlaub.

Wir waren mit unserer Enkeltochter und Hund in der schönen Ferienwohnung bei Herrn Frosch. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und alles da, was gebraucht wird. Es gab einen tollen Balkon und der Garten war wunderschön und mit Hund ein super extra. Auch konnte unsere Enkeltochter als Highlight die Schwimmschule besuchen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
