Welcome to our cosy and bright 5 DTV-star 3-room holiday rental in the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn<br><br>The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a new building in one of the best and quietest locations in Bad Zwischenahn, featuring a west-facing terrace. <br>The apartment features its own extra-large parking space and a bike shed.<br><br>Numerous floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant, bright atmosphere. You’ll enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.<br><br>The apartment is modernly equipped, and the antique flair of the interior design adds to the luxurious, comfortable experience for up to 4 adults.<br><br>The elegant flooring and underfloor heating throughout the living area create a particularly beautiful ambiance.<br><br>The first bedroom is equipped with an electrically adjustable double box-spring bed and a wardrobe, and offers direct access to the terrace as well as its own smart TV.<br>The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm). Each bed has a small nightstand with a lamp. <br>The window faces the terrace and also offers a view of the greenery.<br><br>The heart of the holiday rental is the spacious, open-concept living-dining area. <br>The modern, fully equipped, bright kitchen—complete with an electric stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, as well as many common appliances—leaves nothing to be desired.<br><br>Start your day with a cup of freshly ground coffee from the automatic coffee machine provided. <br><br>Play your favourite music through the Bluetooth hi-fi system, use the free Wi-Fi, or watch your favourite shows on Netflix on the TV.<br>The multimedia equipment also includes a tablet and an Alexa.
