The holiday apartment is located in Bad Zwischenahn, in the Rostrup district, on the ground floor of a two-family house.
It is 900 metres to the Zwischenahner Meer, 1.3 km to Park der Gärten, and only 3.2 km to the town centre and train station.
Two bakeries, an EDEKA supermarket, a pharmacy, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.

The spacious living-dining area features a dining nook, a very cosy seating area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The apartment’s floors are covered with laminate and tile.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180m x 200m), nightstands, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a flat-screen TV with Smart TV. Curtains or roller shades are available to block out the light.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160m x 200m), nightstands, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with Smart TV. Curtains or roller shades are available to block out the light.


The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, knives, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

The garden on the south side of the house is approximately 25 m² and is furnished with patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The garden is accessible from all sides of the house.

The Meischen holiday rental is located in the popular Rostrup area, west of Bad Zwischenahn. The town centre and its beautiful promenade with charming shops, as well as extensive spa facilities, are easily accessible in just a few minutes by bike or on foot.
Bad Zwischenahn, also known as the "Pearl of the Ammerland," has a population of about 28,000 and is a spa and resort of a very special kind. The ever-popular Zwischenahner Meer, with its yacht club, 18-hole golf course, glider airfield, indoor wave pool, open-air museum, Park der Gärten, and casino, offers a wide variety of leisure and recreational activities. In addition, more than 380 km of signposted bike trails create a paradise for cycling enthusiasts. Westerstede, the county seat in the heart of the Ammerland Park Landscape, is about 12 km away and is known for its annual rhododendron exhibitions. Thanks to three highway interchanges, you can quickly reach larger cities such as Oldenburg (about 20 km) or Bremen with its airport (about 65 km). Bad Zwischenahn also has an IC train station.
