Comfortable and practical, it includes a cozy sitting area with TV and wifi, a functional open kitchen and a dining area. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, a rest area comprises 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 with a 140cm bed and 1 with 2 90cm beds), with well-designed storage space, and a separate toilet. Each room has its own private bathroom.



In the immediate vicinity of the Saint Michel chapel, 100 m from the sea, this house adds to the picturesque character of the village, which is particularly popular with hikers and nature lovers.

Located in the commune of Baden, Locmiquel is a superb hamlet, a real little jewel of tranquility, the starting point for coastal paths to the beach of the seven islands.

The port of Larmor-Baden, on the other side of the cove, is easily accessible by bike or car. Thanks to its landing stage, you can board a speedboat for a cruise on the Gulf of Morbihan, discovering its multitude of islands, including l'ile aux moines and l'ile d'Arz. It's also a popular spot for sea kayakers, as it's a highly functional place to launch your kayak.



Baden, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, is a strategic location for discovering the towns of Auray and Vannes and the sublime Bay of Quiberon (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel).

A charming Morbihan village, BADEN is the perfect blend of land and sea. With its superb golf course and access to the coast, Baden is a particularly rich hiking area, located near the picturesque port of Le Bono and close to Larmor Baden. The little port of Larmor Baden offers superb views over the Gulf of Morbihan and the Auray River. It's also the embarkation point for cruises to the Gulf islands (Ile-aux-Moines and Ile d'Arz) or the offshore islands (Houat, Hoedic, Belle-Ile). The commune is surrounded by a number of megalithic monuments, such as the Cairn de Gavrinis, making the area the stuff of legends!

Visitors will love the town of Auray and the little port of Saint Goustan, and won't want to miss a visit to Sainte Anne d'Auray, Brittany's first pilgrimage site.
