"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. "Die Unterkunft war wirklich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab Haken zum weg hängen. Der Jacken in den Kleiderschränken waren genügend Kleiderbügel da. Das Bett war ein bisschen niedrig. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und alles wirklich durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
