"Economical place to stay in Arlington for a long weekend. Room was clean but smelled a little damp and musty. Beds slept good and room was quiet with the a/c fan running. Breakfast consisted of a communal loaf of bread to make toast along with a tub of margarine and jars of jelly and peanut butter for toppings. A couple of different kinds of prepackaged sweet cakes were also available. Jugs of milk and juice were in a small refrigerator to pour and a coffee maker rounded it out. Room had a microwave and small fridge so we grabbed some microwaveable food from the nearby grocery store. 14/81 Bar and Grill is right next door with good food and entertainment in the evenings. Overall a decent place to stay if you want to be in Arlington rather than paying double to stay in Brookings."

"It was a cute old home, with all the charm that goes with it. If you are sensitive to old home basement smell, you might want to bring an air purifier. We arrived in the evening and out the door early, would have enjoyed more time."

"Super conveniently located apartment in a historic building. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We were very grateful for the A/C I’m the 95-degree weather. Plenty of room to spread out, and a good homebase for our Laura Ingalls Wilder weekend."

"The cabin was perfect! The deck looking out on the lake with the breeze in the afternoon was truly amazing. We didn't use the sauna, but the hot tub felt great! Refreshing after a 4 hour drive! Will definitely book again"

"Perfect property for two people. Meticulously clean throughout with everything you might need available. The bathroom is more than generously sized with a washer and dryer. Easy to find with ample parking right in front. Smooth check-in and check-out. Overall great stay!"
