"새벽에 체크아웃을 해야 해서 적혀진 문구대로 출입문 옆 박스에 카드키를 넣었는데 11시 경 전화해서 체크아웃 하셨냐고 묻네요. 박스에 키 넣었다고 하니 건조하게 응대하네요. 조금 더 친절했으면 합니다. 그리고 건물이 오래 되기도 했지만 커피 포트에 물이 남겨져 있고 소파에 머리카락이 있어서 조금 그랬습니다. 그래도 두번째 방문인데 조용히 잘 쉬었다 답니다."

Long-used slippers, towels, and bathroom covers should be replaced with new ones promptly, paper cups should be replaced with glass ones, and the guest rooms should be partially repaired to maintain visual cleanliness.
