"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "Overall the Westin Turtle is a perfectly good option to consider if you just want somewhere to sit and bathe in the sun. The beach area is clean with plenty of sand but the best area's to swim in the sea as via the area given over to another hotel - nothing stopping you using it but sunbeds etc are not for Westin customers. Plenty to do whilst on site with various events laid out during the day to make things fun. All of the staff were attentive and helpful but special shout out goes to Vivek, Mafoozah and Jeevan who made our stay very comfortable. We visited in September and that appears to be considered a quiet month so certain restaurants and options are not running, these were not told to us at any point, we just discovered it by chance. We decided to eat outside of the resort on most nights - a personal choice over anything wrong - but when we cannot fault the quality of the food or the service. I don't know how Westin compares to other similar hotel but for us it met our expectations and allowed us to have a stress free holiday."
