Le logement a été idéal pour notre séjour de 3 nuits au bord des pistes de ski. Idéal pour 4. Équipé comme il faut pour cuisiner, c'est appréciable et peu fréquent dans ce type de logement. En face de l'ascenseur. Place de parking sous terrain appréciable surtout quand tout est enneigé dehors.

Très bien sauf la description par rapport aux draps et serviettes dans l'annonce. Effectivement l'annonce mentionne la présence de drap et serviettes de toilettes inclus. Pour les draps c'était parfait. Pour les serviettes nous avons dû en récupérer à la salle de jeu : 4 euros par serviette. Dommage pour ce bémol sinon c'était très bien. Merci.

Au pied des pistes

La location est très fonctionnelle pour un séjour au ski. La voiture reste au garage tout le séjour : la résidence offre toutes les commodités ( restaurants, produits locaux, supérette, location ski...). Bonne adresse a retenir.

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très bien situé, propre. Le seul bémol est qu'il est un peu bruyant (à cause de sa proximité de la galerie marchande et des divers bars et restaurants).Je garde l'adresse pour de prochains séjours et je la conseille.

appartement très bien situé

l'appartement est globalement bien organisé mais mérite une sérieuse mise à jour : le frigo et la télé sont vraiment trop petits, les couchages du salon sont bien trop spartiates, même pour des ados et le cellier dans l'entrée est pratique mais vraiment pas sexy. l'appartement mériterait un bon coup de neuf. Pas de lumière dans les couloirs de l'immeuble, à la moquette pelée, ascenseurs souvent en panne, parties communes carrément délabrées, l'immeuble est dans un état épouvantable. Dommage car c'est hyper bien placé et pratique avec les restaurants et les commerces en pied d'immeuble. Place de parking couvert très appréciable !

Conforme aux photos, pratique pour récupérer les clés, très bonne communication avec Mme Labeyrie et très sympathique. Le seul point négatif est la vétusté de l'immeuble (pas de lumière dans les parties communes, ascenseur en panne, simple vitrage). Cela reste très appréciable d'avoir les pistes en bas de l'appartement.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. dommage qu'il n'y ai pas la Wifi car le réseau 4G n'est vraiment pas bon... en tout cas si on est chez Free. Par contre les parties communes sont vraiment laissées à l'abandon, un ascenseur sur deux fonctionne et il est petit et capricieux... comme il n'y a pas de local à ski il nous a fallu parfois monter 7 étages par les escaliers avec nos chaussures de ski et nos skis...

Appt très propre avons apprécié en plus de son emplacement l’équipement sèche cheveux et lave vaisselle, les couettes, couvertures et oreillers fournis sont comme neufs, le local de ski est dans l’appartement, très pratique, la place de parking sous immeuble et la conciergerie pour récupérer les clés et restitution des clés à toutes heures, sommes parties vendredi soir cela n’a posé aucun soucis pour le dépôt des clés (2 jeux de clés fournies ) et la propriétaire extrême disponilbilité quant aux questions avant séjour.

Appartement agréable, confortable et propre. L'appartement est vraiment au pied des pistes.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Seul point noir à noter, l'état de l'immeuble qui est vraiment à rénover. Cela dit, je reviendrai car l'appartement est idéalement situé et vraiment confortable. Et le domaine skiable est vraiment étendu.

Ubicacion excelente justo a pie de pistas con acceso directo. Estaba muy limpio y era una estancia suficientemente amplia para los 3 que ibamos. Por contra, tuvinos que ir a buscar las llaves a otra direccion, que aunque nos pillaba mas o menos de camino habia que desviarse y estaba a una .edia hora del alojamiento. Dificultad en las comunicaciones al ser entre diferentes personas tambien. Y el edificio esta como para darle un lavado de cara importante, muy dejado aunque hay un centro comrcial en los bajos en los que hay todo tiempo de tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado....
