Cozy Studio Cabin for 4 - Ski-In/Ski-Out, Parking, South-Facing Balcony

Apartment located on the 5th floor side slopes and 1st floor road side with access by stairs. Surface of 30m² with balcony. South exposure, facing the mountains. Living room with a TV, a sofa bed for 2 people. Corner cabin with two bunk beds at the entrance. Kitchenette open to living room with electric hob 2 burners, refrigerator 110 liters, microwave, mini oven, toaster and coffee filter. Parquet floor. Indoor parking space under the building, height limited to 1m80 level D. Ski locker in the DRC.
Set of 88 units with lift (only part of the residence), located in resort center, 20m from the start of the slopes and lifts. Shops at the foot of the building. A few meters away is the central square of La Mongie and the departure of the Pic du Midi cable car. At 1800 meters altitude, La Mongie is one of the two resorts that make up the Grand Tourmalet, the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees. Services + in option and at preferential rates: sheets, ski lessons, Wifi mini-box hire, end-of-stay cleaning. Deposit of 260 € by check or by credit card Tourist tax: 0.90 € per night for over 18 years. No pets allowed.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- END OF STUDIO CLEANING : 80 €.
- PET : 40 €.
- BABY CHAIR : 20 €.

Station très sympa et avons eu la chance d’avoir beaucoup de neige.

Très bon accueil de la part de l’agence. L’appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé au pied des pistes. Résidence calme avec un parking en sous sol. Cela fait trois ans que nous venons à la Mongie et comptons bien y revenir …
