You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Apartment full downtown 2 bedrooms

50 M2 apartment, 2 bedrooms, living room / kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.
Completely redone, located in the city center of Luchon, it is close to the gondola (30m) so ideally located for skiing (no tedious walking shoes at the foot) but also for all other activities (thermal baths, cinema, shops , restaurants ...).
Very quiet because of the exposure mountain side and therefore the breathtaking view, it is on the 4th and last floor of a small secure residence with elevator.
It also has parking.
This apartment with 3 velux is very bright and has all the necessary comfort:
Fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large screen TV, radiator imitation fireplace, all new this year.
A room with a double bed with mountain view, a bedroom with double bed type mezzanine, 1 sofa bed new in the living room.
An entrance hall forming part of the apartment allows the storage of skis, the living part being located upstairs.
Special rate for guests: from 690 € for 3 weeks, summer rate to consult me.

Bel appartement, propre et agréable.
Stayed 7 nights in Feb 2020
