One-bedroom apartment for a couple's getaway, 200 meters from the Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort gondola lift, ideally located close to shops, entertainment, the thermal baths, and the Superbagnères ski lift! Enjoy magnificent views of the Pyrenees mountains and the Vénasque peak. Whether you're a spa guest, a visitor, or an outdoor enthusiast, look no further! You'll also be just 1 km from Lake Badech and the Luchon golf course, 2 km from the Saint-Mamet climbing area (a village bordering Spain), 3 km from the equestrian center, 5 km from the Antignac leisure center (fishing, canoeing, rafting, and paintball), a 20-minute drive from the hiking trails to Lake Oô/Pic du Perdiguère and Lake Géry in Saint-Béat-Lez, and 35 km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France's favorite villages, and Montréjeau (lake, train station, and bus to Luchon). This apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, accessible by elevator. It features a direct entrance into the living room, a small open-plan kitchen, and a relaxation area with a sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom with a sloping ceiling (one double bed, 140 cm wide), and a shower room/WC. Electric heating, Wi-Fi internet access. A ground-floor storage room allows for ski and boot storage, and possibly 1 or 2 bicycles. Ski storage. Private parking in the courtyard. Internet access.
