"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. It cools down overnight with the lower temps, but quickly heats up during the warmer days and you have to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Furniture - oh my. Way too large and clunky and shrinks the space. And the white couch (just get rid of it) that is so old it sheds the fake leather.
