"Breakfast was extremely overpriced. Pool hours are only 10 am to 8 pm which was quite limiting. Got a voucher for ice cream at check in which we couldn’t avail until 8 pm, at which time we were out to dinner and unable to redeem afterward. In a noisy area, higher floor rooms are probably better. "

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very nice and had everything we needed and we utilized the beautiful spa every day we were there. The location is so convenient, right next to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful and above all the service was above and beyond. One reception staff member even came to the train station with something I had left behind to meet me so I wouldn’t be late. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you."

"The staff here are so welcoming and accommodating. Stored luggage for us. Room very modern and spotless. King bed was a dream after 5 nights in Refugio’s on the TMB. Balcony looked out on to Mont Blanc affording a beautiful sunset to relax. The breakfast was incredible. Best we’ve had by far. Highly recommend for a stay."
