Villa l'Amiradou is a spacious 150 m² family house with traditional charm built in 1975 on 2 levels with large 5x10 m mosaic pool in the middle of olive trees.
Amiradou means “panoramic viewpoint” in Provencal. From all levels of the house, you will enjoy wonderful views of the mountains, the Esterel Massif and the nature.
The house offers on the top floor a large 30 m² South-exposed covered terrace, a fitted kitchen, a large living space with fireplace, a bedroom with 140 cm bed with separate toilet and bathroom and a bedroom with 140 cm bed, ensuite shower room and toilet.
On the lower floor, there is a laundry room, a bedroom with bunk beds, a separate shower room with toilet, a playroom, a bedroom with 160 cm bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and a large terrace partially covered.
On the lower terrace, there is a large pool secured by a fence and a gate with swings and a slide.
