Beautiful Holiday Home Near Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel

Spacious 120 m² holiday home with 4 separate bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Ideally located between Saint-Malo, Cancale, and Mont-Saint-Michel, in a triangle with Dinard and Dinan, this property is perfect for exploring the region. The house is very clean, fully equipped, and has a large dining area for 14. There is a shower room with double sink and a bathroom with a bathtub. The south-facing terrace features outdoor furniture, a parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers—ideal for relaxing outside. Bed linen and towels are available on request for a comfortable stay. For children, there are plenty of games: swings, trampolines, football goals and ball, basketball hoop and ball, table tennis with bats and balls, pétanque court, shuffleboard, badminton, and Finnish skittles. Nearby, the GR 34 coastal path connects Cancale to Saint-Malo, and the greenway for walking and cycling links Cancale to Mont-Saint-Michel, offering great opportunities for walks and discoveries.
