Comfortable Garden Guest Suite

"Location! location! location! The accommodation is so convenient to the main street and restaurants, cafes and other Bello offerings including 'red velvet chai latte' at the plant? cafe. Enjoying a slice of raisin toast late at night was a nice touch. A beautiful Bello style shower area reminded me of the original, alternate, creative travellers who came to settle in Bellingen. It was a great trip down memory lane ... thankyou!"

"We loved our stay at The Lodge in Bellingen. Everything was easy to do, location was great and the kids loved feeding the alpacas! The only thing to mention, is that the top bunk is much higher than a standard bunk. Unfortunately this meant that both of our young children weren't comfortable climbing to the top or sleeping up there. Other than that, it is a beautiful and accessible accommodation facility."

"Older style accommodation on magnificent property. Clean and comfortable room. The grounds and view was beautiful and it was special to see the deer enclosure. Disappointing there are no dining options at the property as it's out of town."

"We loved our stay at the Blue Gum Retreat. We were so impressed. Not only was the house absolutely spotlessly clean, it had everything you would need, ample firewood, multiple cosy couches and blankets, outdoor seating etc.Allison the host was so lovely, easy and quick to communicate with. The property was stunning with incredible mountain views. Such a quick and easy drive to the promised lands creek and into bellingen town. Would recommend this slice of paradise for anyone to stay in. We will definitely we back. Thanks again Alison for sharing your beautiful home with us."

"Private. Tranquil. Outdoor bathtub overlooking the mountains. Farm fresh eggs and bakery sourdough on arrival. Amazing fireplace. We had a wonderful time!"

"The cottage is warm, comfortable and inviting from the time you enter. All amenities were provided including surprises of coffee, milk, tea, bathing fragrances, fresh flowers in each room & a welcome surprise of special chocolates. The lounge area was warm & comforting and we loved the rear verandah for early morning qi gong, coffee & Chai, reading, watching the distant clouds above the escarpment & listening to the variety of bird life in the abundant trees & gardens. The cottage is in a very quiet street embraced & secluded by greenery. The village of Bellingen is an absolute delight with quirky shops, great bakeries & the most friendly and interesting people. We were searching for a quiet, nurturing retreat for a few days: we definitely found it & will go back in a heartbeat!!Thank you !!"
