"Property is beautifully located on the river front with river views from the room and relatively quiet surroundings.
Staff was friendly, my big disappointment was rooms were not sound proof, so could clearly hear people talking and kids crying in the other room as if it was happening in my room."

"The stay in hotel was really bad. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food. Considering its standards this hotel is charging much much...
